While applying for courses for my study abroad semester in Florence, Italy, I discovered an interior design class that immediately caught my attention. This course was an additional offering through the program and was taught by a professor and designer from the prestigious Florence Design School. Recognizing the unique opportunity to learn from a professional in the heart of one of the world's design capitals, I knew I had to enroll.

For our final project, we were tasked with designing a one-bedroom, one-bath home, starting with creating the dimensions and culminating in a slideshow and mood board presentation. Drawing inspiration from renowned sources like Veranda magazine to local Florentine artists, I crafted a design that reflected both classical elegance and contemporary flair.

I am excited to share this project as it represents my passion for interior design and my ongoing journey in the field. This experience not only honed my skills but also deepened my appreciation for the artistry and precision involved in creating beautiful, functional living spaces.
